RETURNS/REFUND POLICY
After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Please Track Your Package at www.USPS.com. Your Tracking Number will come to your email from the site. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your payment and order to be processed. Payments process Monday through Thursday. If you place your order Friday, processing will start the next business day, which is Monday. Once your payment has been processed, your package should arrive in 2-3 business days if you're located within the United States. DUE TO THE PANDEMIC ORDERS ARE TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO BE DELIVERED.
Shipping cost is based upon what country you reside at.
All Packages Delivery is with the USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday.

• We don't process orders on Weekends. (Shipping companies do not ship on Sundays.) Please choose the right shipping method when you order after Friday.
• Processing & shipping times may be extended during sales & holidays.

• We recommend checking with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby.
